Pigs can’t yet fly, but Chicago may soon see a day when they float.
It’s nearly impossible to miss the logo on any of Donald Trump’s reliably gaudy buildings, but soon Chicago will be spared from the sight of the president’s bold-faced name thanks to one cunningly creative architect, Jeffrey Roberts.
Called “Flying Pigs on Parade,” the scheme will obscure the mogul’s logo with art installation comprising flying, gold-colored pigs.
Roberts first announced his plan in November 2016. With the city’s approval, which is still pending, the massive pigs will pop up for a day in late August or early September.
